Finally, warmer weather is coming to D.C. It's just about time to pack away those dark winter sweaters and break out the lighter camisoles and flowing skirts – for good. Try investing in something in violet or yellow to add a spash of fun to your wardrobe.
Sundresses and Steeplechase
Beginning with humble origins as a three-tent string in 1999, University Row
soon emerged as the dominant social locale along the Virginia Gold Cup's
popular North Rail. This year's event on Saturday, May 6, is going to be the
biggest and best yet. University Row features the most space per guest of
any remotely-comparable gathering along North Rail. Unlike other groups that
cram more than three bus loads of people into each tent area to reduce costs
and maximize profit, crowd density is limited to about 115 people per tent.
This translates into a more enjoyable experience for all: More room to eat,
more space to roam, and less jostling of elbows and tempers. And it is
especially appreciated by guests in the event of inclement weather! To find
